The renovated rooms are nice but lobby area is a bit dated. Location is excellent and will stay again after renovation.」

We were disappointed that we were given city view instead of the bund view even though we have booked for 8 days. Should have indicated if not cancel the booking. Counter staff was not friendly on the day we arrived. (Arrived at around 8 pm) Only one guy at counter and he looked tired. He even gave us the wrong key for one of our rooms and we have to keep all our...
