「The first room had mold on the walls and was not bearable to sleep in. 」

「Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Hyderabad. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hyderabad.」

We needed to tell them repeatedly to get few things done like room cleaning and spraying insecticide inside bathroom. Neither hot water facility for bathing nor provided a kettle. Overall pretty average stay and not worth the price we paid(~5.5k) for 2 days for 2 person AC room.」

「This is a new building and reception is still under construction as of July 2025. So, they just have one small table with couple of guys as staff. Property looks good from outside as well as neat rooms. However, one of the 2 rooms we booked was leaking from wall due to rain and there was some water on the floor. 「Stayed at Minerva Grand recently and honestly, it’s total value for money. The location is super central, making it very easy to go anywhere in the city. The best part is definitely the staff very courteous and well trained. They are always attentive and genuinely try to help you out with a smile. It’s rare to see such a "customer first" attitude in the true sense these days! Also, the food was quite good, with great taste and variety. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, this is the place....
