It’s clean and the owners are super friendly, but they don’t speak English very well. Also, be aware that maybe they ask you to pay the hotel in cash, which could be a bit of a hustle if you’re more the creditcard person ;) It has an working ac and if you close the windows, you’ll hardly don’t hear anything from the streets....
