Property was a great location. Parking garage also close but beware if you have a larger vehicle.

Please be careful, with this place, no parking, next to school with little kids …extremely loud in the morning hours and same at night screaming, car’s horns. The room have only one chair no table, bed isolation. Shower in the morning was only warm water not hot. Not fridge. The name is luxury home…..maybe luxury for homeless!!!! The room is worth $25 not more the tv is like computer monitor size!!!

did not get the entry code, waited in front of building for more than an hour. No contact number or anything. Waited on expedia call center for 15 mins then got disconnected at point of teansfer to the nect department. Then after a chat with virtual agent on expedia, some host finally emailed us the code. Elevator not working, sheets were dirty, disaster by all means!

Avoid This Hotel — No Access to Room, No Response,

I made this booking to secure a room for the night for my family and me. After receiving the confirmation email, I immediately tried to contact the hotel to arrange access to our room. I called the number provided several times — no one answered. I also sent messages through the hotel’s messaging system, with no response. When I couldn’t get in touch, I contacted Hotels.com support. Their agent also tried repeatedly to reach the hotel, but there was no response. By 9:00 PM on our arrival date, despite all these efforts, we still couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel to access our room. We had no choice but to book another hotel at our own expense just so we had a place to sleep that night. We did everything right: we booked, we got confirmation, and we tried through every channel to contact the hotel. The hotel was unreachable and effectively unavailable. It is completely unfair that we are being charged for this reservation. I have messaged the hotel requesting a refund — no response after 3 days. Hotels.com also tried, with no luck. This is beyond terrible service. Do not book here if you actually want a place to stay or want to avoid losing your money.

Bastante bien sí, pero a luxury no llega !

La ubicación es buena , cerca de los sitios de interés , y buenas terrazas y restaurantes . Siendo crítico constructivo y justo , no está nada mal el alojamiento , pero aparcar es dificilisimo y el parking de pago nos costó 43 euros por unas 38 horas . El colchón del apartamento del bajo es muy blando y las almohadas mejorables . Sugerencia ,abrir entrada de aire en el patiecito central para que se ventile mejor

Triana zero Luxury

Premessa, viaggio con alta frequenza, ma questa volta sono stato ingannato dalle foto. Camera matrimoniale con un solo comodino e una sola abatjour. La maniglia esterna era danneggiata. Ci hanno fornito soltanto 2 teli doccia e un telo viso (ok per la doccia, ma un solo telo viso?!) La cosa peggiore è stato uno dei due cuscini, imbottito in lana, che faceva cattivo odore, la federa era pulita, l'interno era terribile.Ho richiesto un cambio ma non c'è stata comprensione . Non consiglio questo posto. Almeno la camera 12.

The only complaint I had was there are no wardrobes. Bizarely the tv was atop a shoe cupboard. Lovely place though and we highly recommend it.

Triana ist spanischer als Sevilla

Es war richtig, die Unterkunft in Triana zu buchen. Der Stadtteil ist spanischer als die schönen Strassen und Gässchen von Sevilla und bietet viele gute und schöne Restaurants, die auch von Einheimischen besucht werden. Die Unterkunft war gut und sauber. Die Strasse ist verkehrsarm, aber nicht ruhig, da laute Mopeds in der Nacht häufig sind.
