RUN AWAY

Staff reception and security guard was really nice, and friendly.. One of them is portugees, maybe he is owner. However the hostel condition is really bad.. The bed is toooooo old dirty. The pillow is tooooooooo dirty.. Lots of big yellow stains. Really discusting.. I feel it was bought from second hand market. I have pictures for it.. I will posted in TripAdvisor.com hotel page. The hostel is a bit far from the tourist attraction area which is (near catherdral). They took 10€ for key deposit??! I would NOT recommend it at all.. It deserve below zero (-10) sorry. The only one thing that make my stay nicer was the other roommates.

El alojamiento deja mucho por desear y no es nada que esperábamos de un alojamiento por este precio. Parece que estas en el trastero de un garaje. Tampoco había un mando de distancia para la TV y después que el personal intento buscar una solución, no consiguieron que funciona la TV, tampoco conseguimos poner el Aero acondicionado, la ducha es tan sumamente pequeño que yo ni siquiera podría girarme en el. Toda la noche había un ruido constante de una maquina de algo y era muy complicado dormir. En resumen una experiencia muy malo. Somos muy viajeros y hemos estado en mucho sitios en el mundo, pero pagar por una estancia así es inaceptable y espero que nos pueden ofrecer alguna compensación.

Last minute booking - really quite a disappointing place. Dirty bathrooms and facilities generally in poor condition. I wouldn’t come back by choice

우연인지 모르겠지만 방에 사람들이 모두 동양인으로 배정했는데 일부러 그렇게 방을 배정한건지는 모르겠습니다. 침대 시트나 베개 및 이불 카버는 따로 제공됨. 수건은 유료고 락커는 조금 작아서 캐리어 들어가기는 힘듬. 별도의 자물쇠가 필요함. 침대에 블라인드가 없어서 약간 불편 했음.

Only stayed here for 1 night, and the price was really good. Check in and Check out were very easy, taxis & Ubers were easily accessible. Can't really say much besides my room was clean. Bathrooms were very subpar. Have to be sure to lock all of your stuff because people did try to break into one of the lockers in our room and our room door didn't lock...

This property is on a quiet street. The other guests were friendly. The issues are the limited toilets for the guests, the beds squeak with little movement. There was advertised breakfast but I didn't see any sign of it.

Go somewhere else!

The day before the stay, I was told there was an issue with their system and my booking did not go through, even though payment was done. They were supposed to refund the money but never did, we have a whole email chain discussing what happened, and right at the end they said they'll give the refund, and then nothing. I've waited for over 8 weeks, and sent follow up emails to them that were ignored. Completely unprofessional and frankly sad service.

Horrível é sujo. Não há limpeza depois das 18h. Você precisa tomar banho antes desse horário, pois a limpeza só será feita no outro dia após as 09h. E longe de tudo numa rua escura e fétida. O atendimento é péssimo. Colocam pessoas que não falam espanhol para atender...

Great service and location

I cant remember the guys name on reception, but i lost my bag on the bus on the way to the hostel, he was so helpful and rang around all the places for me, unfortunately i didnt get it back but the service i received was amazing. Would recommend.

Terrible hostel. I paid 25 euros for a hostel it is not even worth 10 euros. It is dirty, you can feel every single spring in your mattress, the bed makes noise every time you move one finger. Bad internet connection. On top of that, they gave me the same bed to somebody else and of course when that other person came in the middle of the night wake me up. Only good thing: Staff is very friendly.

Un desayuno regular

La estancia esta bien, sábanas limpias y la cama es cómoda, sin embargo el desayuno es realmente malo, literalmente fue un café pequeño y una tostada, en este hostel pagué 26€ por la estancia, pero me he alojado en otros hotel en Sevilla por 16 € con un desayuno mucho más completo y con diferentes opciones como cereal, sándwich, fruta etc...

Molto vicina al centro, 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza della cattedrale. Ottimo servizio e ottimo il personale. Attenti per quanto riguarda la colazione inclusa: fate in modo che ci sia una conferma della colazione inclusa perché nel mio caso Expedia aveva sbagliato l'ordine

Very friendly staff and atmosphere. There was an issue about a mistake in the description of the room in the Expedia website, but I see that the managenent kept the word and had it changed. Bravo! Very close to the bus station, and relatively close to the city center. I would certainly go back.
