「Hotel recién abierto, muy bonita la decoración, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas con mucha luz, la ubicación es inmejorable. La única pega es que como estaba recién abierto todavía no tenían todos los servicios disponibles 」

「Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk」

「We stayed 4 nights. Note the Reinoso seems to be the newer section of the main hotel Murillo, and has a separate entrance on the other side of the laneway. We were originally given a ground floor room which was a bit dark and I found noisy (I am a light sleeper). Maya at reception found us another room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for our needs. She was the stand out, warm and friendly all the time, unlike some of the others on reception who didn't bother to say hello or good evening...

「The front desk customer service was very attentive and sent us an email to inform us of the door code because we arrived very late. And the location is really good, walk minuets to cathedral church and palace.」

「Pretty good. Overall good staff, great location, and clean rooms. On the bad side, renovations disrupted nap, my prosecco was not present when I arrived, and the lobby smelled super bad a few times. In another instance the owners ( I assume) were hanging out the lobby giving orders to staff in not the nicest of ways, and also treating customers with cold detachment. 」

「This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. The living area is oddly situated with a terrarium taking up a lot of space. But the amenities are quite nice. Our main complaint is that there was deafening construction going on in the surrounding apartments and it was really impossible to rest, read or nap during construction hours. We toured Sevilla so it didn't bother us too much but when we were in the apartment during siesta time it was intense and we were woken to this noise at 8:00 AM...
