Côté positif : l'établissement est vraiment bien situé pour rayonner dans la ville aussi bien vers le sud très touristique que le nord local. La chambre double avec salle de bain privative avait le strict minimum du confort qu'on peut demander (ni ni -). L'organisation via WhatsApp pour une arrivée tardive était bonne (la clef de ma chambre m'attendait bien dans la boîte sécurisée à l'entrée de la pension). Côté négatif : prix élevés mais c'était pendant le dernier week-end de la feria donc normal, sinon je pense que le tarif ordinaire est adapté à un hébergement de ce type. Je n'avais pas de papier toilette dans la chambre en arrivant le samedi soir. Il a fallu que j'attende le lundi matin pour en avoir auprès de la femme de ménage puisqu'en contactant le numéro WhatsApp, rien ne s'était passé le dimanche. Un peu léger comme traitement ! Si vous avez le sommeil léger, je vous conseille de choisir un autre endroit car les murs sont très fins.

Je déconseille fortement

Un endroit que je ne recommande absolument pas ! J’ai passé 3 jours horribles. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient salle ( mis à par la serpillière et le rangement quotidien des femmes de ménage ) . De la poussière pratiquement partout, ainsi que de la crasse . La salle de bain horrible, la pomo de douche cassé, une grosse tache marron ds la douche ( je vous laisse imaginer mon état a mon arrivée … la douche pleins de trace noir, j’étais obligé de me doucher en claquettes tellement ceci me dégoûté. Tout était fonctionnel mais honnêtement je ne sais pas comment on peut accueillir une personne dans une chambre pareil. Très déçu car sur les photos ce n’est pas ce que j’avais vu. À la fin de mon séjour il n’y avait personne à l’accueil je ne savais même pas à qui remettre les clés je les ai donc laissé sur ma porte. Aucune communication . Vraiment un séjour mémorable dans cette chambre. Des travaux juste derrière ma vitre j’avais même l’impression que les mecs faisait des travaux dans ma chambre ceci me réveiller des 7h du matin . Faites des travaux dans cette chambre avant d’accueillir de nouvelles personnes ( si ce n’est pas identique dans chaque chambre ) !!! .

The room was damp due to no ventilation. The property is old and not well maintained. There was an odd smell in my room and the bed sheets were not clean either. during my 3 weeks stay in Spain and Portugal this was the worse hotel I came across. Will not recommend to anyone.

Hace una hora se cortó la luz en el hotel.

Se cortó la luz. Aun estamos sin luz. Son las 4.30 am. Solo se prendió una luz en el hall. No hay luz en las habitaciones ni en el baño.. Hace mucho frio porque la calefaccion del hotel es mediante calefactores electricos. No se pueden cargar los celulares. He llamado al telefono del hotel y hay un contestador. En el hotel no hay nadie. Al llegar nos avisaron que TODOS se van a las 4pm y no regresan hasta el otro dia a las 10am.

Very basic accommodation but in a good location

We booked this room because we were leaving Seville on a late flight and the apartment we had rented for our stay could not offer us a late check out. (There were more guests arriving that night so we had to vacate the apartment at 11am). We booked a room with a private bathroom but only used it as somewhere to put our luggage and freshen up before our flight. The whole place seemed very old and very dated/tired but it was very clean and the room was spacious and a had a tv and aircon. The room had a double bed and bunk beds. It was just a short walk to the Modern structure 'La Setas' and to a taxi rank, and close to shops and amenities so the location is good. If you are looking for cheap, well located accommodation this could be for you.

La habitación en la que nos colocaron se encontraba en pésimas condiciones, era demasiado ruidosa y fría, calefacción no funcionaba , cerradura no funcionaba bien, almohadas asquerosas, cortinas rotas, roperos sucios y deteriorados, inodoro en pésimas condiciones. Como la recepción cerró temprano no pudimos hablar con nadie, nos fuimos para otro hotel y le dejamos las llaves en la caja colocada para el check out.

Fatal però bien ubicado.

No suelo comentar negativamente los sitios que son económicos, pero la habitación individual con baño compartido ha sido un desastre. No hay recepción, te tienes que apañar en todo tu mismo, los calefactores no van en pleno enero, noche de frío y a la mañana siguiente tienes que preguntar por una manta. Wc comunes cerrados y sucios pq todos van al mismo. Lo único muy positivo es la ubicación.
