Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us, even with a complicated luggage shipping issue. They printed the necessary documents, patiently helped us organize our suitcase, and thanks to them the process was successful. Overall, the service was warm and professional. We just got back from a 3 day / night stay at this hotel. It's absolutely perfect for a city break stay. A clean, modern hotel with super friendly and very helpful team. It's situated perfectly for travel from the airport (airport bus stops right outside the hotel - 6 Euros, 20 mins). you can walk to the town centre and the cathedral area in a bout 15 mins, there's a bus and metro station right opposite. We took a train to Cadiz from the main railway station ( 20 min casual walk). Rooms are very comfortable and also quiet and impeccably clean. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice food and drink wise. All good. Definitely going back next year to use as a hub for exploring some more cities in that area of Spain. Top marks.
