I did not spend a lot of time there to enjoy the amenities or anything, the staff was helpful and everything was clean. I did not know where was this located this was a recommendation of a family member but now I think I would have prefered something even closer to downtown.

Great location for the old town and Triana, with most areas within walking distance. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and around the pool (but it got very busy as the temperature increased). Our room was comfortable and temperature could be controlled to preference which was a big plus. Staff were very helpful all round. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay at this hotel was pretty average. It’s rated 4 stars, but I think it’s more like a 3 star hotel. A couple of questions came up during my stay and I thought the staff was pretty rude. It is conveniently located, but honestly Seville is so walkable I think you can stay in any of the main areas and be a 10–20 min walk from everything. I probably would not stay here again.

Yes, the room was clean and the staff was courteous. However it appeared that our request for do not disturb was ignored and the sigh removed so we had no sign for the next night.
