All rooms were clean, amenities good, 10 min walk to all shops, 15m walk to cathedral and parks. Bit of feedback: wifi kept dropping or it was very slow, not good while streaming. Door entry is dimly lit so difficult to see numbers at night. You could hear the toilets above flush as the soil pipe was within the wall. The bedroom door did not fully open, it stuck to the floor. Dishwasher is impossible to use. Unable to open windows as was at street level and you had car fines and cigarettes smoke come into the apartment, also the are blinds didn't close fully so the window got stuck on them.

I chose this place for its modern look (photos looked clean) and the rooftop pool. However it feels like an over promised and under delivered stay. The apartment was dusty and hairy in major areas and floor of bedrooms. The bathroom has mold on walls and ceiling, and the shower grout and shower head are moldy and needs a brush scrubbing with bleach. The bathroom trash can is broken and needs to be replaced. The rooftop pool sounded promising but it's a small cold plunge pool, so cold that no one entered it except to test dip their feet in. We saw other guests wanting to get into the pool but it was way too cold. Essentially the selling points of this bullding fall short and it's way overpriced for what it actually offers. It's a good place for a family who needs to cook and wash/dry clothes, or a young party who wants minimal service. Also helps to be tall here bc the closet rod and bathroom shelf are very high. But we wanted to use the rooftop pool and have a clean spot so it was definitely not worth $/night. Also since you'll be communicating mostly with an AI bot, it would've been better if there were written recommendations for breakfast and dinner spots nearby. The front desk young staff are sweet but are mostly available to say hello and answer brief questions.

The beds were super comfortable and the 2 bedrooms made for a great divider between parents and kids. The very small pool gave us an escape from the heat during siesta hours.

Family of 5 travling with 3 small children. We paid for an apartment with two bedrooms with two double beds and also a folding double sofa bed. On arrival I was told that there was a 'major incident' and that my room was unavailable. They put us in an adjacent room with two bedrooms but only one double bed. They didnt put us back in our original room and we stayed there the entire time. I doubt an apartment with two double beds even exists as on the fire strategy plan on the door it shows all apartments having one double and one single bed. So i think I have been scammed. Pool was tiny and the wifi stopped working a day into our holiday and was not fixed until the last day. They also gave us a few dishwasher tablets but then never replenished these after they came to clean the apartment. Disappointing. Apart from this Seville is an amazing city and very beautiful.
