Stunning property. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Allowed a worried free experience in Sevilla. Local dining, attractions, you name it was accesible and led to a “whirlwind” of experiences for us! Sevilla was quite a blur!

Perfect location to visit Sevilla, very central and close to many restaurants. We were welcomed in good way and communication with the host was easy through whatsapp. We didn't like however the groundfloor apartment, as it was not possible to open the windows without giving away privacy. Also the flat is not as new and well mantained as it looks in the pictures.

Scatter-brained administration, great apartment.

The apartment is comfortable. There was slippage in communication. WhatsApps that I sent were not answered. No one from the Hotel Halo, who administers the apartments, informed us of this fact. So we could not find the breakfast in "the lobby" because we were not told that "the lobby" was in a different building on a different street.

We got a street room next to the entrance door to get into the apartment complex. It could not have been any noisier! Slamming of the door and people shouting all night! Service was good but would not recommend that Elvira room to ANYONE!

Really cute apartment, great staff!

The apartment was very cute, Joaquin Rodon, the staff at the reception during the time of our check-in was super lovely and friendly! He even welcomed us with some champagne and gave me a travel adapter to use during the duration of my stay. He made our stay very comfortable and helped us out a lot! The room was clean however, there was a dead cockroach in the wardrobe but we didn't use the wardrobe so not much of an issue for us! Otherwise, really lovely stay! The breakfast could have been better as the food wasn't that tasty, and I personally don't think its worth 15 euros per person.

The apartment is a sound machine. From the noise from the street below, the neighbors across the street to the other occupants of the other apartments very echoy and the doors make alot of noise. Was there 5 nights had 1 good night sleep. The location is awesome. No where to sit comfortably but the bed as the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen table and chairs need a lot of refresh. The employees were awesome.

Property is in a beautiful, lively location. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper - we stayed in the apartment with windows that open to the alley entrance. It was so loud each time someone entered the shared common area, there is no sound proofing and the door slams at all hours of the night and morning. Walls are paper thin, we could clearly hear our neighbors next door singing until 2am. The smell of the apartment and common area is almost unbearable, we are thankful we only had to stay one night - it’s smells strongly of mold/mildew or sewage. We had check out at 11am and needed to store our bags until we left at 12pm - they charged us $20 for one hour of storage. Overall, would NOT book this stay again when visiting Seville.

Strangely run, needs more attention

Place was well located, but hard to check in. Despite what the email communication said to do, we had to read a note left on the door to the place to know to check in at the hotel around the corner. They showed us inside and to our room. The bathroom had some ceiling repairs that were terribly done esthetically, but worked well enough. Lighting was low and limited. Beds didn’t have enough pillows to sit up with, which was necessary because there was limited comfortable seating in the place. They need to fix the kitchen kick plates at the bottoms of the cabinets as they are painted cardboard and there were coffee pods, but no coffee maker that took them.

Couple Getaway

Checkin is at another location around the corner. We checked in, then she walked us around where the apartments are located. We were on the 2nd floor. Room was clean with plenty of room for the 2 of us. Problems: The bed was very hard. It’s ok if you like hard beds. Noise was HORRIBLE all night. The walls are extremely thin, and you hear every conversation in other rooms. We heard loud snoring right behind us. Everyone coming in and out for the night was loud in the middle foyer. You hear everything. For some reason, the people above us were stomping around and banging things ALL NIGHT. We did not get any sleep whatsoever. The breakfast was not good, and very pricey for what you get. That seems to be the norm for Spain hotels. We went somewhere else after the first morning, much cheaper and better food. The wait staff seemed more worried about collecting everyone’s money than putting out more food. NOW, Sevilla was SUPERB. We loved Sevilla. Great place to visit.

Broken Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi did not work at all during my two-day stay. When I reported the issue, the staff said they had “requested a technician,” but their tone suggested no one would actually come to fix it. When I asked for an ETA, the response was simply like I don’t know. Cleanliness Issues: The apartment was not very clean. It felt quite dated, and the bathroom in particular had an unpleasant odor, similar to urine. Staffing & Service: It seems the staff are shared with the nearby Halo Hotel. Even though I called 30 minutes in advance as instructed, I still had to wait outside for 10 minutes before someone arrived. There was no on-site staff presence and no room service provided during the stay.

Property was in a very convenient location - a few minutes walk to Cathedral and main sights. Property was easy to find & clean. Only basic utensils provided - no chopping board, dustpan or wine glasses. Some noise early evening from restaurant nearby but closing the shutters kept that out. For nearest supermarkets, search for Carrefour Express.

I liked the location, the decoration, the staff, but the room I got needed maintenance in the bathroom (ceiling and wc), I would've appreciated a full length mirror and also watering the plants on the hallway. For sure I would come back, thank you. :)

Instructions for check in were not clear. When we arrived there had been a plumbing issue that made the whole place stink. Our apartment stunk when we moved in and the electricity was out. Once we notified the reception, they fixed it rapidly (both smell & electricity) Bed wasn't comfortable and whole building was very loud. We could hear the gentleman snore from the room opposite the wall.

NOT a nice last night in Seville

We could not check in at proper time because the last guest was late departing. ok, we'll wait at a nearby bar. We returned to be told the last guest now had left the heat turned on (in +30deg Celsius weather, no less). We got checked-in after another wait in the hotel bar. They would not even give us a courtesy free drink for our delay. We ended up arguing and paying the measly 6 Euros for our drinks ! We showered and went out for a bit. Returned to the room before supper to find the room unbearably hot. Another visit to the front desk. After more lively discussions, and their call to senior management to figure what to do, Carlos got us another room across the street on the second floor. An upgrade the 2nd young agent proclaimed ! It is 8PM, we re-pack and move. During the night we are awoken at 3AM by the garbage truck collecting traash in the courtyard. We could not get back to sleep so at 6AM headed to the airport for our 17 hour flight home. NOT a nice last night in Seville
