「The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops.」

I only found out that the body wash had run out when I was taking a shower. There was also no absorbent bath mat provided in the bathroom, which made it inconvenient after showering.
