We stayed at the Eco Lodge. For the tent, the bed, deck, and nightly view of the starts were amazing and made the stay worth it. We were able to eat delicious food under the starts every night. Chef Agnes cooked fantastic food. The tent was OK, it lacked in lighting and the bathroom accommodations were below par.

This place has an excellent service. Amazing hotel. The view from the hotel is awesome. I also signed up for sunset and a day trip. Both trips were awesome. I highly recommend these trips.

Very nice place. This was a perfect experience of desert. Peace, nature, quiet, animals, stars and nice pool. The staff was very accommodating and nice with us. I would go back there for sure.

The Elegant Desert Camp has beautiful grounds, including an amazingly isolated feeling desert camp. However, in the summer months, the heat in these luxurious tents is almost unbearable (it easily exceeds 40C/104F during the day) and there are no fans, let alone air conditioners. While temperatures do drop overnight, they remain above 27C/80F for most of it. Fans would help. There is another somewhat awkward design feature of the luxury tents, which is that there is no wall or privacy screen for the toilet.

This camp is aming, the views will take your breath away as will the friendly staff and great service. Truly a peaceful place with the most incredible swimming pool view i have ever seen

Never again! Get more value for your money at any other lodge in the area. Here is why; Poor maintaining in general. Tents were not nice at all, I’ll get back to that later. Main area is on top of a hill, so you need to make a steep climb to get to the pool and bar. The pool and bar area has a lot of potential but it was not cosy at all. There were 3 tables to sit at, but in total only 2 chairs. We were with 4 people so we needed to take turns on sitting… Back to the tents; The tents are not maintained at all. For example; Closet was falling apart. It was still standing because of the pole it was leaning against. Window was totally cracked, one water tap wasn’t working, poison placed in the room for some reason, power plugs falling of the wall, in general a lot of stuff was broken. The deck in front of the tent has a nice view but during the day there is no shade. So you can’t really sit outside but also definitely not inside because the tent doesn’t have a fridge or airco, thats because they call themselves an Eco lodge but you have to do a 20 min drive 3 times a day to the main area to have breakfast, lunch and dinner… not really Eco… They tried to charge me 2 times while it was payed before arrival. Staff at the reception became VERY unfriendly. There is one person (staff) present at the lodge. You will find him at the bar but not when leaving the lodge or anything. Positive things; staff in restaurant was friendly and the food and drinks were good.

Certes, l’endroit est reculé mais tellement extraordinaire. Personnel très accueillant et très serviable. Nous n’avons pas souffert du fait que le petit déjeuner ne peut être pris que dans le bâtiment principal à 12 km car nous avons fait des activités les matins qui incluaient un petit déjeuner. En revanche, dîner sur place très bon et dans un environnement (autour d’un feu) charmant. Indéniablement, ce lieu a contribué à notre émerveillement lors de notre voyage en Namibie.

Nous nous sentions seuls au monde dans notre tente face à une vue exceptionnelle animée par des groupes d’animaux qui viennent se rafraîchir au point d’eau. Les tentes sont spacieuses et confortables, et la terrasse est sublime pour apprécier le coucher de soleil. La piscine est elle aussi très jolie, l’eau est propre et entretenue (assez rare en Namibie). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel qui s’occupait des tentes (contrairement au personnel à l’accueil du Lodge, plus antipathique). Le repas du soir était aussi merveilleux, tout est très bon et le personnel est adorable.

Überragend, individuell, speziell und einzigartig. Nachts hört man die Tiere vorbei tragen und der Himmel ist voller Sterne. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig, die Ruhe phänomenal. Unbedingt hingehen. Hendrick, dortiger Head of Service am Camp (sehr glamourös Camping) ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

10 Chalets/Tentes privilégiés au milieu de la nature. Posez le lit sur la terrasse et laissez vous envouter.... La piscine de roche qui surplombe l'horizon est fantastique. Le brai à l'hotel était délicieux
