Lovely little apartment close to bech

Great location close to beach. Nice small apartment building with plenty of off street parking. The whole building and grounds are well maintained and clean. The flat was modern and functional, with ample amenities and immaculately clean. Great shower and nice to have a little balcony as well surrounded by the blooming mimosa !

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Empfang. Schönes modernes Apartment. Gut gelegen, Parken in der Nähe kein Problem. Supermarkt und Bäcker 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Strände Es Trenc und Es Dolç fussläufig gut erreichbar. Cafè & Sal leckeres Essen und guter Service

Appartement propre, bien situé

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans un appartement de la résidence. Les instructions envoyées par hotels.com n'étaient pas correctes. Erreur dans le numéro de l'appartement donc nous n'avons pas pu rentrer dans notre appartement n'ayant pas les clés. Nous avons pu contacter la personne en charge du check-in qui est intervenue très rapidement pour résoudre ce souci. Check-in rapide avec la personne très gentille. L'appartement est un peu petit pour 4 surtout le canapé-lit qui n'est pas confortable. Appartement très propre, bien placé dans le centre du village.

Es ist ein ausgesprochen sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Vom Nudelsieb bis zum Toaster und vom Fön bis zur Wäscheklammer war alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren großartig; zur Begrüßung gab es Plätzchen, Kaffee/Tee und eine Flasche Wasser stand schon bereit. Das gepflegte, moderne Haus ist ruhig gelegen und einen Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Eintritt auf das Grundstück bekommt man über den Zugangscode und deshalb fühlt man sich sofort sicher. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür. Praktisch war der kleine Supermarkt und die Bäckerei, nur 50 m entfernt. Der Ort ist klein, gepflegt und für Party People nicht geeignet.

Propre, moderne confortable et bien agencé et équipé. On s’y sent vraiment bien. Vanessa est réactive et accueillante. Supermarché et boulangerie à 1 min à pied pour pas dire en face. Port à 5 min à pied. Stationnement gratuit et facile dans la rue juste devant ( en hors saison ;) Palma et aéroport accessible en voiture en 30/40 minutes. Nous étions dans le studio avec ma petite fille de 2ans et demi c’était un peu petit mais pour quelques jours ça passe bien.
