"Ho prenotato la struttura tramite il sito hotels.com, il giorno del check-in, la reception mi manda indietro dicendo che non compare nessuna prenotazione a nome mio, quando invece avevo mostrato prenotazione e ricevuta. Pensavo che visto il disagio, mi offrisse una soluzione gratis mentre si cercava di capire l’inconveniente e invece per forza voleva farmi pagare un’altra stanza. "Amazing place which was so quiet and relaxing. We never tried the pool but we had the honeymoon suite which had hot tub and a huge room. Breakfast was adequate with a good selection of cakes and fruit. I would say that you need a car as it’s a long walk into town and up a steep hill. "

The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system."
