「Staff was incredible!」

「One of the best staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. It’s like being with family. It’s a very secluded place with amazing views, quiet and beautiful. The staff gives you options to have dinner or lunch. The property has everything you need to relax and enjoy some unwinding from the city life 」

「Vi skulle overraske nogle venner på stedet. Hotellet spillede med på spøgen fra start og hjalp tol med at kunne gennemføre overraskelsen. Vi kunne ikke have gjort det uden Daniel og Paulo. Derudover er det et fantastisk sted som vi har hørt om i mange år. Og det skuffede bestemt ikke. Lokation, personalet, udsigten og fællesspisningen gorde vores ophold mindeværdigt. 」

「Views from this property were breathtaking! Hotel is brand new and immaculate. Staff was friendly bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were on the small side. There is no gym at the facility although there is a lovely spa. Location was great to explore the Quinta’s and vineyards of the Duro Valley. You do need a car or driver as uber is not easy to get. 」

「The vineyard is truly beautiful. The scenery is outstanding and really adds the the luxurious feeling of this hotel. The bed was enormous, it was like having a whole double bed each. The food selection on breakfast and evening was good and not overly expensive. The only complaint would be the wait time on drinks by the pool, there was only one staff member to make drinks and sort food orders so we were often waiting a long time for drinks. This was pacified by having two pools to cool off in and...

「Absolutely beautiful location in the Douro Valley. The views from any location on the property are postcard views. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. Overall one of the most serene and tranquil places we visited in Portugal.」
