「客房清潔.服務人員很親切 」

「Excellent stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur! I had a wonderful stay at Veone Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Quill Residences. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic — very convenient and close to many attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport. The residence itself is also quiet and secure. The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive...

「很不錯的住宿環境，附近有商場，但交通比較不便，離MRT較遠，住宿費用高了一些，這次住長期很不划算，短期的可以考慮。」

「convenience 」

「Will be coming back next year been here since 2023 till 2025. Awesome place & the owner very easy to communicate with her too thanks.」

「All good and helpful. Clean and tidy. But not easy to get there.」

「Clean unitv」

「二房一廳雙衛加上廚房，空間感十足，住起來非常舒適」

「The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.」

「the kettle is not working. the air conditioning is not cool or too cool」

「Clean room, magnificent views of the Twin Towers, KL Tower and TRX. This is our second stint, and we will definitely be back.」

「The host did an amazing job communicating with us through the process and the unit itself was clean, beautiful and offered us the perfect place to relax and enjoy our stay!」

「New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. 」
