"Staff was excellent and most friendly. Highly recommend a reservation for parking. Only hotel in the old city and the town is awesome. Room was newly renovated and nice. Great view from 5th floor 503"

"The property is not maintaied properly. The shower cubical drain was almost blocked. Water passed very slowly. The microwave which was given first was broken, but when I complained, they changed it immediately. The lock of the property was bad. Sometimes the lock won't open and you have to remove the key and start again. The main corridor was very dark. There was no sensor which will switch on the light, you have to switch it on manually. It was very difficult to find out the switch in the dark. Otherwise the accomodation was nice, room was quite big . "
