"The price point and value is unmistakeably excellent. Points for improvement include which are the gym is very dated and need an update. The breakfast is overall very average is effectively vegetarian, which is okay but that should be made clear. You can order some meat products but they are not displayed. Grand Hyatt Bali

"Property is beautiful. Staff was great for the most part. Salsa Verde needs some improvement. Went into the restaurant on the day we checked in at 8:40. Was sat at a dirty table that had crumbs and sauce in the table, no silverware, glassware or napkins. We got up and changed tables to a clean one that was set. They never brought us bread (didn’t know they offered bread until the second time we ate there). As the server dropped out appetizers at 9:10 she asked if she could bring our entree right now because the kitchen closed in 20 minutes. I had to explain that I would like to eat my appetizers 1st and then she can bring our entree right before the kitchen closed. Not a good dining experience. The pool was super family friendly and the staff was great. We were served a rotten coconut and they immediately replaced it and apologized. Rooms were nice and spacious. Housekeeping was great. Front desk was helpful. The lobby bar was fantastic for end of night drink, coffee and desert. Sports bar was nice. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with great food and friendly attentive staff. Beach area was clean and well kept. All around great except Salsa Verde which was just ok service the second time we went (but much better than the 1st night). All around I would come back."

"Great staff they understood that our daughter doesn’t eat breakfast that early and they let us take food for her to eat later even helped us drop it in the room. Breakfast was nice but coffee doesn’t taste that nice. Prices for coffees in the restaurant is little too expensive. Breakfast has nice spread even has Indian options to choose from which was a great idea. Lot of salad and fruits. Reception staff amazing very happy to assist. You can even get money exchanged and money changed if you need smaller notes. Sink in the kids area needs replacing as it’s cracked. Hotel is little dated but everything works. Housekeeping staffs were amazing. Bikes are easy to ride and very smooth. Lot of spots on beach to sit on. At night they have kids movie night which was great idea. You can order food from outside and get it delivered just have to pick up from lobby. There is Indian restaurant and a Japanese one."
