出境大廳出來後直走到底,會看到「第二家」全家便利商店,旁邊手扶梯走下去就可以看到飯店指標 過境飯店 外表及大廳很乾淨漂亮 房間中下等級 很明顯的使用感 無盥洗用品 無拖鞋 房間只有浴室一個垃圾桶 隔音非常差 住2樓房間 窗外就是人來人往的走廊 窗簾如果沒拉上會被看光 如同其他人所說 因為是過境飯店 所以常常會有人在門外或窗外走動 隔音不好的情況下容易被吵醒 但是做為一個過境飯店勉強可以接受 畢竟離機場近是很大的優點 走路5分鐘左右可抵達機場

Guest who book the 12 hour room can only stay during that period of time. 餐廳是全酒店最佳的,設計很新穎。內園碰巧有其他住客午夜1:30仍大聲說話傾談說笑,聲浪影響其他住客睡眠,但房內沒有電話供房客致電大堂值班人員處理。客房內除沒有牙刷外,連杯都欠奉,也不知道何處可取紙杯,令刷牙有些困難。另外電視機也開不到。

what a shame to KLIA
I looked up hotels, and this aweful hotel shows up on the list with nice and tight pics,which are not the same room I selected. also there is no any remind on the title showing this is a dayuse-only room(it kindly shows in the room policy page, only).so who will come to an airport hotel for day use only room? (and not let you know in the room title). after I booked in the app, take 45min to get there and check in, they told you its a dayuse-only room fluently like a pro.and kindly told you to pay addition money upgrade to a normal room. I paid extra 190MR, and I was told the invoice is only avaliable after I check out. okay...the next day, I checked out and get my invoice, and is shows the upgrade fee is 180MR actually(not 190MR). wow. Really this hotel sets me up step by step. overall, Tune hotel done a good job to earn money, but shame to KLIA.
