For the price, very clean/modern feel! Would definitely stay again. No major complaints - one thing is it was pretty confusing which buttons turned on which lights.

Okay hotel, pleasant staff. My big complaint was the room safe, had 1 code, "1234", printed on the safe, could not be changed. Seems like an inventation, why bother having a safe?

Hotel war direkt neben dem Veranstaltungsort. Hotel ist okay. Waschmaschine und Bügelgelegenheit im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt allerdings nur ein amerikanisches Frühstück, das aber okay ist.

繁華街から徒歩近くで食べ物にこまらないのは二重丸。設備は電源プラグの数が少なく、またビジネスデスクがないため宿泊中のデスクワークに難儀。３泊の内タイミングが合わず、清掃してもらえなかったが２泊目は水やタオルをセットでドア前に置いて頂けたが、３日目はなにも補充がなかったのは残念であった。次回はビジネスデスクがあるか事前確認したい。

室内の設備がやや悪い、スマホの充電コンセントが無い、バス、シャワールームが建付けが悪く水が外まで流れ出てトイレの中まで水びたし、洗面所の水捌けが悪すぎる等改善施策が必要有り。他のサービスは良かった、又、ソウルに行く時は泊まり叩いたと思う、今までは、ロッテ金蒲空港ホテルを利用していましたが、鉢山駅迄ま近いし周りはマゴクより便利ですよ。

Great stay. Property is a bit dated and needs a good reno soon. Staff was great at keeping the place clean and tidy. The expedia post had in room washer/dryer, the Royal Suite did not have it. There was two washer/dryer on the main floor in the common area, the one on the right has issue drying.
