A very convenient place to stay close to metro, dinning and only walking distance to Myeongdong Shopping Street and malls.. Accommodation was quiet and room was clean and comfortable, staff & service was great, Mr Kim was very friendly and helpful from the time I arrived to the time I departed.. more than happy to help me with my luggage to my room and happy to help if I had any issues in regard my stay.. Thank you Mr Kim for your kind service 🙏 I'll definitely stay again on my next visit to Seoul...

ホテルのすぐ横にはコンビニがあり明洞駅や明洞の繁華街も近いので非常に便利です。設備面は少々難ありですが滞在する分には支障ありませんでした。ベッドはバリカタでした() 規則は結構厳しめで、土足•飲食禁止だったり鞄をベッドに乗せない等…禁止事項が多めです。設備を汚損させた場合は問答無用で弁償になるみたいです。(クレカ番号を記録され誓約書も書かされます。)

This is our second time checking in at this hotel within 2 weeks. The manager Mr Kim was very friendly, warm and helpful. The bed and pillow was perfect as it healed my backache and pain. Shops for food are within walking distance from the hotel and have easy access to most amenities. The room is clean. We appreciate what he has done for us and will check in at this hotel if we visited Korea again in the future.

전 진짜 별로 였어요.

신랑이랑 휴가로 서울에 왔습니다. 이런 엉망인 여인숙은 처음입니다. 3평 남짓한 공간에 화장실과 샤워시설이 같이 있는데 너무 작습니다. 그리고 에어컨 아래에는 물때인지 갈색으로 물때처럼 되어 있어요. 공간 많이 협소합니다 두시간정도 있다가 싸움만 하고 나와서 다른 곳에 숙소를 다시 갔네요. 저처럼 여행내내 싸울 수 있으니....

Experience at Rainbow Hotel.

The room was small and reception was fine. Problem is they spoke little English. But the manager make.up by taking us to a night out free of charge. She was friendly and make up for what was lacking. Overall, it is fine. Food stores are nearby.

This hotel is in a great location, just a 2 minute walk away from a metro station, and just a 10-15 minute walk from City Hall. The rooms are spacious, with a toilet and shower cubicle in each. The bed was comfortable and the pillows felt fluffy. The views from the 5th floor were great, letting you see life in action. Unfortunately there is no elevator so climbing the stairs may be tricky if you're less mobile. There is a luggage lift though, so you don't need to carry your luggage all the way up and down. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Seoul

レイトチェックインでした。ホテルの明かりは全て消えており裏口に来てしまったのかと勘違いするほど。扉を開けると直ぐに細い階段があり2階に上がると短パンランニングシャツの方が。予約がないと言われたが部屋が一室空いているので宿泊できた。しかし、とにかく狭く清潔感にも疑問。部屋の外の話し声も響くし、動くたびにパイプベットの軋む音がしました。 部屋の料金は支払っているのに二段ベットの上段は使うなと言われる。5階の部屋だったが荷物用意エレベーターのみ。私はもう利用しません。

This hotel is terrible and nightmare

I got the horrible and nightmare vacations because of terrible hotel, there is no elevator and room has no windows, I feel like a jail, I stayed 5th floor and I walked up to 5th floor every day, it was nightmare, also my room has no window so all days dark and I didn’t know outside situation, if sunrise or raining or cloudy, I feel like stay in jail, also there are no shower room, only bathroom, if anyone want to go to trip, you better not go this place

J’avais réservé un hôtel sur le site. La photo de l’hôtel ne correspondait pas à mon arrivée. Je suis tombé sur une auberge de jeunesse . Et le pire, Expédia n’avait pas transmis ma résa pour 8 nuits. Et aller expliquer en coréen que mon séjour était payé. L’employé ne parle ni anglais, ni aucun langue. Le petit dej qui était compris : fallait ouvrir le frigo entreposé à l’étage et prendre 1 œuf, 1 tranche de pain de mie sans beurre ni confiture et 1 sachet de café, le tout quand l’employé pensait à approvisionner le frigo, il y a des matins c’était sans le café ou sans l’œuf. Pas vu sur les 8 jours une personne vider la poubelle de la chambre. La chambre est minuscule, pas de fenêtre, le matelas est bien. ‘L’hôtel ´est bien situé, près de la sortie 6 du métro, un quartier animé a 10 mn. J’attends un retour d’expéditif sur cet ´hôtel ´ et sur la non réservation de mon séjour

Despite being called a hotel, this place doesn't even deserve the hostel title that Google reviews suggest. Firstly, the "free breakfast" advertised, which only includes two slices of bread and a coffee, is a typical example of fraud and deception. Furthermore, the hotel staff opening our room door without permission and leaving it open to everyone while we were away is not only poor hotel management but also a clear security problem that warrants reporting to law enforcement. It would be much more economical, safer, and more comfortable to rent a car and sleep in it instead of staying here.

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at Rainbow Hotel in Myeongdong. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with very reasonable prices for such a fantastic location. Being so close to the heart of Myeongdong made it incredibly convenient to explore Seoul, without the area being too busy. One thing we really appreciated was how easy it was to arrange a late check-out, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free as we had a late flight scheduled. Mr. Kim was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Rainbow Hotel to anyone looking for well-located, and affordable place to stay in Seoul.

This hotel is not even a hotel. It is a hostel. First off there is no lobby. There is no check in. I was sleeping and the owner started banging in my door. What type of respect is that. I felt unsafe and do yourself a favor and find something better. I checked out early I couldn’t stand it. Also there’s no elevator and I had to take it up to floor 4. He also went to my room to show me how things work. It’s a simple room I don’t need help. Overall the pictures are VERY deceiving.
