Thank you so much for your careful review. Following your booking, there is just basic standard room for original your room type. Nevertheless, we'd offer the grand suite room as service without extra payment, and we could not care for your room about cleaning,, when you put the sigh that " Do not disturb " Also as we mentioned, It is not a free service & open area for outdoor jacuzzi area for guest's safety. & we originally sent the e-mail for welcome to the guest included some information, but we couldn't, because there is the booking from "Travel Agency Reservation" for your reservation without your privacy information. We'll do our best to improve if we have some lack part. Thank you again

If you want to get to the hotel, please be sure to find the exit number 1, hoehyeon subway station and then you can find it easier to go straight to hoehyeon community center. On the spot, you can see the hotel. We are profoundly grateful for your valuable feedback for the development of the hotel. N.Fourseason hotel is Located on the slopes of Namsan. The hotel is located near a walking distance to Seoul station and Myeongdong .There are many different kinds of room types which consist of the Standard-type rooms, Family suite rooms.
