We gave it a 4 star because it really did not have much food options for our own liking although there are lots of food, restaurants, groceries around. It is also far from the main attractions we prefer and the airport bus is across a big intersection so if you have luggages like us, will have to walk a little bit. We like the amenities and coin laundry. Staff are all helpful.

子供２人を連れて３人で滞在しました。 日本語のできるスタッフさんはいらっしゃいませんが英語で不自由はありませんでした。 なにより孔徳駅のすぐ側でアクセスが抜群！ 現代ソウル百貨店から帰りタクシーに乗りましたが900円の近さ！空港も地下鉄fastなら17分。ソンスへも30分でした。また、ホテルの地下にはロッテスーパー、エディアコーヒー、CoCo壱にその他何軒かあり疲れて出掛けるのが面倒ならホテルの地下で事足ります!! 快適に過ごせました。。。

駅からそのままホテルに入れるのはとても便利。駅から地下鉄でどこにでも出かけられるのはとても便利。スタッフはロビー、清掃の方もとても親切でフレンドリー。部屋も綺麗。ベッドの脇にコンセント(USB付き)がありました。日本のコンセントもそのまま使えました。 朝食はビュッフェを期待していたのですが、閑散期だからか、お弁当だったのは、唯一残念。

他の方の口コミで、施設の古さを挙げた声もありましたが、むしろ往年のホテルらしさがあり 落ちついた雰囲気と上品な雰囲気で、 大変心地良く滞在時間を過ごすことができました。清潔に保たれた室内、ほどよい広さ、寝心地の良いベッドに、バスタブ付きのキレイなバスルーム、十分でした。 ソウルは新しそうに見える（古いビルやホテルをリノベした）ホテルや、やけに口コミ評価だけが高い日系ホテル、など色々泊まりましたが 数日間の滞在だし、まぁいいか、と思っていました。ですが、こちらに宿泊して、 やはり例え数日の滞在でも心地よさを 大切にすることをあらためて思いました。 周りはビジネス街で落ち着いています。 コンドク駅がどこにでも行きやすく、 駅直結の便利さ、駅にカフェもスーパーもあります。江南駅や明洞などのような賑やかさはありませんので、静かな滞在を望む方向けです。 日本語は通じません。（日本語が韓国で通じるなどという幻想は置いておきましょう） 拙い英語と韓国語でお話をしましたが、フロントの方も親切に接してくださいました。 またぜひ宿泊したいと思います。
