唯一缺點離機場巴士站稍遠,若有行李較不方便, 附近有傳統小吃市場,方便體驗當地食物,以旅館價位來說,CP值高!

便宜又大碗
價格不貴,房間又大且乾淨, 大廳人員也很熱心幫忙叫計程車, 總之住得很舒適。 因為送洗衣服有點貴, 如果有投幣洗衣設施會更好。

A nice & comfortable hotel.
A nice & comfortable hotel. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for travelling here and there around Seoul.

整體上唔錯乾淨，地點容易搵，地鐵站 1號出口行幾分鐘就到，又有機場巴士到達，鄰近廣藏市埸，唯一唔好就是房間嘅燈燒咗未有人更換，希望下次有改善。

性價比好高，還可代book 的士到機場，缺點是牙膏牙刷要俾錢買，厠紙及紙巾盒沒有替換，其他無可挑剔!

非常近地铁站12出口，很方便
干净整洁，交通方便，离钟路5街站12出口只有3分钟路程。旁边就是广藏市场，很多吃的。front desk英文都很好，可以帮客人解决问题。下次还会选择入住。

Something wrong
When we came back from outside last night, we saw a "Do not disturb card" hang onto our room's door so that our room wasn't cleaned yesterday. After inquiring to my family, no one did ut. Though it didn't impact us more but maybe the hotel manager should review CCTV to check who did it, a prank or a laziness.

Dear Anson, Greeting from Ramada Seoul Jongno, Thank you for your comments, I double check the matter regarding your comments. but it's only put a sign upon your request by the button of do not disturb. after we saw the sign light on at the outside the door, we hang the sign of Do not disturb. and we are sorry but we have no right to enter the room without guest permission, so we cannot enter the room for check. 房間大，都很舒適
我最滿意是房間裏有一張六呎大床及一張四呎床，可以住上三個人，不然六呎床一個人睡，太舒服！只是酒店舊一些！另最好就是酒店有行李磅，去機場前就知行李有冇過重，可做安排。

絕對值得推薦的首爾酒店
房間大。寢具舒適。淋浴很好。插座為全球性插頭適用（如能多有幾個插座更好！）。提供往返首爾火車站及明洞的專線車，距離一號線地鐵鐘路五街的12號出口僅5分鐘的步行距離，出行與購物都非常方便。斜對面就是熱鬧的廣藏市場。酒店大堂職員態度熱情，英文對答流利。

Traffic is convenient and the room is nice.
The staffs are nice and willing to help us. However,it had a little bit trouble when we check in. The traffic is quite convenient by walking to the subway station is only 5 minutes. The room is good and clean. :)

酒店位置算是方便，如搭機場巴士在鍾路四街落車過兩條馬大約五分鐘便到。鄰近鍾路五街地鐵站也很近。但回程如搭機場巴士卻沒有鍾路四街站，要向前到鍾路三街或向後到東大門頗費時。 酒店隔離便是廣藏市場，很多特色美食。 酒店房不算大不夠位置開喼，要放在床上。清潔度算是滿意，唯每天執房同事水準不一，有些很求其，很多地方沒清潔乾淨。 酒店職員很有禮貌亦能以英語溝通。

Good Location
Hotel provide free shuttle bus to and from hotel to Seoul station, it's great. And walk around 5 mins from station to Hotel. Nice housekeeping staff and reception staff. Will stay again next trip

Generally good
the hotel is new, clean and comfortable, but location is not good and not safe for girls travel. Most of taxi drivers did't know this hotel and cannot speak or read map, so we waste lots money to reach hotel.

Ramada hotel 的南大門front desk 主管不提供服務於鐘路的房客
我們住的是鐘路5號Ramada,服務還好，我們搭酒店shuttle bus 出去到了南大門Ramada 落車。我告訴concierge 我們不是住南大門的而是住鐘路的，問一下地圖上一些地方，他很有耐心告訴我們，但當我們再問另外一個問題，他的上師叫他立即停止，要他搬行李。我感覺很差，因為就算街上的遊客問路也應該幫，何況是分店的住客。最後一天，我們搭機場巴士出機場返港，我們先在12 時check out , 再去明洞購物。南大門Ramada有airport bus stop, 我們的行李也不能奇存在那邊。要返鐘路攞過去在南大門在酒店門口等上巴士。好像倆間 無關係的酒店。

Nice, friendly and convenient
We had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Seoul Jongno. The hotel was clean and roomy for family of 4 with 2 big kids. The staffs are very friendly and helpful with directions. Location of the hotel is about 10 mins walk from subway station and 15 mins Taxi ride from Myeong-dong, Starbucks and 7-11 is conveniently situated next to the hotel. We taxied in and out most of the time as it cost about the same as subway for 4 of us but save us time in finding the places. There's also an area which is 15 mins walk from the hotel very similar to Myeong-dong with tones of restaurants and shops. Overall we enjoyed our trip in Seoul and highly recommend this hotel to family with children. BTW, we took the airport bus 1hr ride to the hotel which cost 10,000won/ per person, left to the airport by subway 1 1/2 hr cost only $3,450won per person. However, we had to carry our luggage up and down the subway stairs as not all of them have escalators. We did save money in the end but had to work for it. Do take that into consideration if you choose the subway as your transportation.

Good Hotel Experience in Seoul
Good location very near underground Jongno 5 ga, and just 5 mins walk to a famous local market can buy fruit, local Korean food and other Korean daily necessities. Good services, staff English level is high. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Very Good
Room is spacious with 2 king-sized beds. Big TV with a variety of choice of channels. We can easily reached Railway Stations Line 1 and Line 4.

機場巴士下車方便搭車不便
機場巴士6002下車方便。搭車距離兩站都遠很不便。飯店人員英文皆可溝通，浴室用塑膠浴簾有點不滿意，浴室洗手台冷水很小並且水龍頭太短很難使用，房外走廊無冷氣有悶悶的烘衣服味道。Hotels.com訂房無早餐券，早餐需一萬八千多偏貴，華美達並沒有加入今年韓國飯店退稅活動無法退稅。

酒店房间很舒服，星级服务一流，这个价格超值，距离东大门很近
酒店房间不错，星级服务标准很高，价格很划算，可惜没有会中文的服务生，酒店地理位置一般，周边没吃的很不方便，距离明洞2站地铁，可距离地铁站7分钟路程。因为距离短很多出租车都不愿意前往或绕道走，本来不跳表都要多走几个灯口才拐弯...

員工服務好,整體都很好~
什麼都很好!不知道韓國的廁所去水是不是不太好,有一次大號之後用多了紙巾,最後塞了一口一!!!還有廁所水不斷湧出!!當時是晚上10點左右,幸好很快就派人到來整理,還連夜清潔房間,感激!!!

酒店比預期中差
第一天下機乘機場列車至首爾站再轉的士，上車後司機用了差不多十五分鐘也找不到酒店提供位置，要聯絡旅遊局熱線才能找上，後來第二天再乘搭的士也是同樣情況，詢問酒店台前解釋韓國官方轉用新地址模式，但司機導航系統則用舊模式，為免麻煩，後來每次乘車我寧願説去廣藏市場，停車行過對面馬路，也好過浪費時間解釋酒店位置。另外入住第二晚發覺房間空調只出暖風，不能調校冷氣溫度，而第一晚沒有這個情況，前台派了人員上來檢查，解釋因同層有房間使用暖氣，中央暖氣系統會啟動，房間只會出暖風，因當時房間較焗，該人員提議開窗並搬來一台電風扇，很難想像入住四星酒店要用風扇，及要忍受窗外的車聲和飛入房間的蚊子，幸好經過反映其後再沒有這種情況。

優惠時間訂，價錢比正常平少少 房夠大， 42"電視 清潔姐姐認真，出門口諗住淨係換毛巾，佢堅持要清垃圾俾水同換晒所有毛巾 去乙支四路同鐘路五街都係五至十分鐘左右，可以揀邊個站係最方便目的地既

Very nice hotel for staying with family
Good location, only 2-3mins walk from Subway, very friendly and helpful staffs. Spacious, clean modern rooms. Quiet neighbourhood and definitely worth staying next time.

駅から遠い日本語の通じないホテル
最寄り駅のプラットホームを降りて歩いても歩いても目的の改札口は遠く、階段を登ったり降りたり。出口にはエスカレーターもなく、さらに歩きます。夜道は暗く人通りがないので、女性の一人歩きはオススメできません。 地下鉄の出口からホテルの間にはコンビニはありません。 フロントでは日本語の日常会話は出来ますが、簡単な言葉しか通じません。 荷物を送りためにメジャーを借りようとしましたが、通じず苦心しました。 こちらが翻訳機を使えば良かったのかもしれませんが、日本語が通じるとのことでしたので。電話の対応は最悪で理解できないとなると一方的に切られます。それ以外はそこそこ良いホテルではないかと思いますが、私は再度利用しようとは思いません。
