Quick and easy check in. Will need to contact their number if arriving after 10pm. Room comes with basic amenities of water, toothbrush, soap, tv, and wifi. Lots of attractions in walking distance or through public transportation. Would consider a future stay.
If you have luggage and it is possible, it is recommendable to stay on first floor because the steps is too narrow and steep to bring luggage. Otherwise, it was good to stay just one night.
I enjoyed my stay. They were very accommodating in letting me add a few extra nights last minute because of travel changes. It was very clean, smelled nice, and was modern.
The room is tided every day with fresh water provided, and the bed was super comfy. Its an unmanned hotel, which has an easy checkin/check out screen in the lobby. The cleaning staff are very friendly. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the train station, a 10 minute walk to the Cheonggyecheon stream, which if followed takes you to the palace. Its a perfect location for the markets, shopping malls and the old city wall with beautiful views of the city. The street the hotel is located in is a little run down but very safe with a convenience store and pharmacy at either end. I recommend venturing out to the Dongdaeman area to eat locally. The hotel was a perfect location, and i would recommend it to those who are either going to Seoul for the first time or the seasoned traveller.
The room was clean and the location is very good. Everything beautiful, but some extra maintenance would help. There is nobody at reception and when I tried to call the phone number at night nobody answered. Neither they called me back next day.
Overall it was good. Ac works on remote. I’m an older person and the stairs are quite steep and the steps are small. Difficult navigating the stairs. Close to shops and bus stop. Good location
The location was good, but the conditions, facilities, and on-site services are more like a hostel than a hotel. The price is very affordable, but guests should come with hostel-level expectations. Our shower drain clogged on the third day and flooded every time we used it afterward. There was no staff on-site after 5 PM, which is not what I expect from a “hotel” service.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Room was misleading, we asked for twin bedroom but got a double bedroom with a pull out bed on the floor.
Room was also dusty and made us cough a bit.
Also getting in touch with staff was impossible, no one ever got back to us contacting about the room. Not impressed.
Only thing is that the room design was stylish.
Super close to markets and train! I think the smell people refer to is not awful but yes you can smell a bit. For the cost I feel like the value is great
It's a self check in, compact and affordable hotel right smack in the city. Walking distance to many eateries, pharmacies, cafes and subway stations. Dongdaemun is also walkable if you fancy exploring the city by foot. Housekeeping ahjumma will be around in the morning cleaning rooms. She can speak a little Mandarin and we communicated roughly because my ac was on heater mode and it was summer. She was helpful and warm during the interaction. Overall, I thought it was a good location for a solo traveller. The environment is not as sleazy as people say it to be. Overall, the property is new and I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
There was no one in the office to solve issue. Hotel has an office with no person. Room was extremely small, the door touches the bed when opened. Clean.
Room too small for 3. Toilet drain choke when bathing. Surrounding too dirty. Cannot trust from photos. No staffs to serve. Self check in. Price also not cheap.

This hotel doesn’t have staff or reception. You check in and out with s machine. It is located in awful and dirty alley. At night I could hear drunk people talking lound just outside the hotel. Their is a brothel just a few doors away. At night I didn’t felt safe as a woman traveling alone. Also I had a tiny window facing a wall accross the alley. So don’t get fooled by the nice pictures on internet like it did! The next hotel I stayed The Amid hotel was cheaper and felt like paradise after staying at Sept hotel
