There was sauna, hot tub and roof top area where you can enjoy coffee and food. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Seoul although it’s a bit far from the main city.

Property is a few minutes away from the metro station, bus stations almost front of the property. Nice and quiet hotel. Housekeeping on a daily basis. Friendly and bilingual staff. Restaurant near by. I understand that everything is accessible on our devices but for those who are not too tech savvy would be great if they provide bus and metro paper maps and tourist attractions pamphlet.

We stayed at Anook for almost 2 weeks. The hotel is quiet, clean. There aren't many tourists in this area so it's great( kiosks allowed us to order using English if needed). Walk to Line 2 Sindebang station takes about 7 minutes. We walked there daily to go places. Bus stops nearby for those who don't want to walk. We really enjoyed our stay. It is away from the city center (which we purposely avoid as this is not our first time in Seoul). For first timers, living in the city center brings easier accessibility to the points of interest so that's something to consider if you are short on time. We loved it here - less crowded, takes 30-50 min to get to city center but doesn't feel that long on the metro.

Spacious room, new but already lots of things have teats and damages (like washroom chair and door, fridge cabinet). At first, I did not understand the layout of shower and washroom, and hated it but got used to it. The sauna here is really good though. Free Ice Creams at sauna! Comfy, big bed. I have concerns for security as anyone should be able to get in and come up to upper floors even without a room key… Location is not so good, bit of walk from nearby subway station and far from attractions in Seoul. I would recommend here if you are looking for comfy room with sauna and spa, and don’t mind the location

A few tips! 1. When ubering, the driver will drop you off at a random place. It's better to get dropped of CU convenient store next to the hotel. 2. I booked through Expedia and I assumed breakfast was included. But it was not. Either the booking options weren't clear or was not written (hence assumed). 3. If you book through their Anook app, you can get a late checkout and a 10% discount. 4. The twin room beds are tiny, just fyi. Otherwise, my experience was great overall. The staff was very helpful, especially the front desk staff (김동현 님) who listened to my concerned and helped/offered a later checkout. These small things matter when it comes to customer service. I hope to come back again!

there was black mold in the shower and when it was brought to the front desks attention she said she knows and that they aren’t going to do anything about it and the other rooms have it as well. wasn’t able to get a refund or partial refund either.
