All the associates that I encountered was kind and professional. However, everything in this hotel was chargeable unlike other Korean hotels. That was just culturally different from what I experienced before. Their breakfast was good but pricey.

깨끗하고 친절했으며 입지가 좋아 이동하기 좋았 습니다. 다만 단체 합숙훈련하는 아이들이 너무 늦은 시간까지 뛰어다니고 시끄럽게 해서 잠들기 어려웠습니다. 복도에서 지나치게 떠들어서 어른의 지도가 필요하다고 느꼈습니다. 어른은 없어 보였네요. 또한 투숙객중 누군가 욕실에서 흡연을 했는지 우리 욕실까지 담배냄새가 올라와 힘들었습니다. 엘리베이터에 흡연시 과태료 20만원 안내가 있었으나 흡연자의 주의가 필요해 보입니다.

다소 좁음. 몇년전엔 씽글침대 1개 있던 방에 지금은 퀸이 들어가있음. 그러나 가격이 착해서 괜찮음. 옥상에 풀은 유아용수준. 목욕탕 온탕 깊이. 제주원정 경기때마다 이용함. 제주월드컵경기장과 가까워서 최상의 숙소임.

추가인원 있으신분은 비추. 추가인원비용 추가침구 해서 10만원 더냈습니다. 같은 돈이면 더 좋은 숙박시설 찾으시길. 화장실 환풍기 노후되서 소음 심하고 비데는 없고 내부주차공간 적고 바로 옆 공터도 금방 자리 금방 차서 다른 숙박시설 옆 공터에 겨우 주차. 흡연시설이 없어 숙박객들이 호텔 입구 주변에서 담배를 피우는데 호텔 주변에 담배꽁초들이.. 데스크에 친절한 직원이 있는반면, 할려면 하고 말려면 마라는 식의 직원도 있음.
