Disappointing service
The place is a bit difficult to find and the parking is a bit tight. We were quite disappointed upon arrival that there was no staff at reception around 5 pm. We had to use the phone on the counter to call the number stated and a staff came out to give us the key. After a few sentences telling us our room location and breakfast time the staff went off behind a closed door. No help was given to manage our luggage up the stairs. We tried to charge our EV in the car park then found out from the staff that it was out of order - there was no sign. The bathroom looked worn and in need of renovation. Oddly there were kids stickers stuck on the mirror. Overall although the room was spacious and basic breakfast was included, the service was clearly lacking.
