地理位置好
酒店地理位置不錯，去日出峰、牛島碼頭都是步行距離。窗台望海灣景色很美。服務態度好，可惜洗手間有潮濕氣味，漱口杯等設施都稍陳舊、不夠乾淨。

並不是海景 只是湖景 沒什特別 前台英文不太行 沒有指示泊車位置 酒店前只有4個泊車位 旁邊爛地不知道是他們的還是其他酒店 房裡設備殘舊 牆紙補補貼貼的 就是國內3星級別吧 唯一可取衛浴設備乾淨 建議各位還是選擇日出峰旁的海景住宿比較值得哦

The best choice on Jeju Island
We stayed here for one night as a last refreshment. What a find! The hotel was superb, enjoying seafront location, wonderful views and cozy wind. Most important of all, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! As we lost our bag on the bus coming here, which contains our passport, we were desperate for the situation. While the staff (maybe the owner :)) contacted the bus company immediately and helped to get our bag back by himself. Choosing this hotel was the most right thing during our journey! We will definitely be back and next time for longer.

價錢合理海景房
位置不錯，離巴士站約五至八分鐘路程，往來濟州很方便，步行往牛島碼頭約二十分鐘，往成山日出峰十五分鐘，酒店樓下有便利店，在日出峰附近也有很多食肆，晚上看住夜景喝酒，早上坐在露台喝咖啡 建議行程，早上從濟州到來，到酒店先放下行李，然後到牛島，租單車三小時遊牛島，從牛島回來後坐的士到Aqua planet/涉地可支，第二天到日出峰(體力好，天氣好時可以早起去看日出)，午飯後坐車巴士離開可到海女博物館， 萬丈窟

非常友善的員工
今次自駕，車輛出了點問題。告知員工後，他即時走出來查看，再幫忙打電話聯絡車公司來維修。 由入住到離開，一直感受到他們的熱心和友善的態度。 酒店不算好新，但仍然整潔。只是浴室有點陰暗。 另外，需自備牙刷牙膏。

The location of the hotel is undoubtedly nice. It is close to the sea. n it is close to the mt. Seongsan (the major tourist spot there). The room looks slightly old. I would consider there is a balance between price and quality.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff.
The location of hotel is very nice, close to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak and ferry pier. The room is clean and comfortable. The more important is that their staff are very nice and helpful. They also help me to book the zipline of daheeyeon. I would like to visit this hotel again, and also share to everyone who is going to Juje.

第一次到酒店是搭的士約4,500Won, 之後由酒店行出去搭市內巴士距離要10分鐘左右(市內巴士費不算平，人數在2或以上，搭的士反而更抵。服務員英語流暢，熱心解答顧客問題及有建議方案，值得嘉許

標準雙人房已看不到城山日出峰了，因有建築地盤擋住，只看到海景。 而且地盤的沙泥吹來，走不出露台，很可惜。

Comfortable room with nice seaview
The room is tidy, large and comfortable with good seaview. It is convenient for you to go nearby hill for viewing sunrise. However, some staff are unhelpful and unable to offer help or information about nearby environment, tourist spots and transportation.

當區不錯又有電梯的選擇
住宿四周環境不錯，房間有空間感同舒適，簡潔。職員友善，樂於助人。 當時要預早網上BOOK濟州城山一帶的住宿選擇不多!! 該區並沒有大型酒店，全都是民宿或最近新起了小量小型酒店如Aroha，而這間酒店可說是其中小數住得較為舒適的酒店，而又可以網上預訂!!由這裏往城山是有一點點距離(約10-15分鐘),但往牛島碼頭很近，只需5-10分鐘。 這間酒店很乾淨整齊，有自己餐廳，另一賣點是，這間酒店是有"升降機"的(因這帶住宿要有升降機真的很少，其他多數是民宿,只有樓梯。雖然只是兩三層，但要搬行李並不易，加上旅遊時疲累的身軀跟本不願爬樓梯，有老人的更不適宜。) 來往巴士站約需5-10分鐘。 在這裏住了一個晚上，很滿意，職員很友善，會主動幫忙，又會問你行程，看看怎樣幫得上忙，令到旅程很愉快! 唯一後悔的是我們只租了一天......當時因為第三天一早就往城山看日出，於是便BOOK了另一間較近只需行幾步的民宿(令人感失望的)，但其實BOOK酒店的網，位置是錯的，以為很近往城山入口，原來也要最少行7分鐘才到。而且，那間還在進行裝修又要爬樓梯，又經常找不到民宿店主，有什麼問題都要自行了斷，那我給你的租金幹嘛?最重要的是他卻收取的是酒店級價格，而且位置難找。實在不值呀!!.......早知就繼續住這間酒店，都只需行多幾分鐘，但免卻麻煩又不用行樓梯。 當時Aroha的職員雖然知道我們要往另一間酒店，但職員還很樂意告知我們那間酒店怎麼走!!還好的是剛好有一對夫婦(女的懂國語)，載我們到下一住宿，還幫忙打電話問地點呢!!......後來感覺到這對夫婦像是Aroha的店主，真的Thanks他們的幫忙。因為要行去找路同要搵果間店主真的要花上不少腳力精神同時間的啊!! 很推介Hotel Aroha. (註:似乎當地正發展旅遊業，因當時所見四周正興建類似的酒店呢!!所以本人的建議推介只適用於2015年3月。大家當作參考一下吧!)

喜歡：員工素質和客房舒適度
솔직후기 사장님 매우 친철하심 객실 뷰 좋음. 욕실 오래된듯 벗겨지고 조명이 어드움 물이 잘 안빠져서 내손으로 하수구 열어서 손보고 씀. 기본으로 있던 샴푸와 바디워시 내용물이 바뀐듯함 어차피 잠만 자는 거라서 크게 상관은 없었지만 다음에또? 라고 묻는다면 글쎄요~ 입니다
