Non Exixtent - Similar Name to another 4-5 * villa

Non Exxitent. Has similar or almost the same name as VILLA EMAS that is rated higly in tripadvisor. This is a mistake booking and I have spent several hours and days calling Expedia for refund. Terrible experience booking this villa and a waste of time and money if I will not be refunded foy my 2 days booking Sept 3-4 and Sept 4-5. This villa has not been checked thoroughly. And the phone is not contactable.

Poor location, no reception, no wifi

Hated the location and there were no wifi as promised. It was impossible to get taxis, we paid 100,000 rupiah to a private car just to get us out of the area, which was only 20,000 rupiah for a metered cab. We had to wait till 4pm for the person to arrive with the villa key while the check in time stated was 2pm. Very bad management of the villa, with no reception and no telephone to contact anyone. Quality of service was very poor, when I called to inquire about the facilities, the 'staff' was very rude and hung up on me. There are much better villas in Bali.
