The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful i appreciated them the most. My only concern for not putting 5 stars is the privacy of the villas. Around 8pm housekeeping entered my villa without my knowledge as i was alone this did not make me feel comfortable. I Would like to suggest notifying your guests before hand that you are entering their villas it's an intrusion of privacy and can make people feel very uncomfortable because someone is entering without their knowledge. This villa has multiple doors to enter the main room Which is quite alarming when you have strangers coming into your villa without your knowledge. Other then that no Other concerns. Thank you.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The customer service was excellent. My AC wasn’t working properly and they offered another room to sleep until they were able to fix it the next day. The internet was a bit spotty the villa was clean when I arrived and cleaned daily. There was plenty of services offered right at the villa I did a floating breakfast and flower bath and also had a massage and facial which was in my room. Overall good experience.

The area was very clean and nice. There is plenty of space in the private villa. Breakfast is cooked fresh in your villa if preferred. Would highly advise making sure you keep the doors to the room closed as the mosquito will get in and eat you ar night. Beds came with nets that keeps the mosquitoes out I highly recommend using. Very quiet and the staff are very pleasant.

The staff at the villa were lovely, but this property is dated and not up to standard. Expedia you need to keep your records up to date as this property is not as per the photos on your site - very disappointed. Dirty old towels, cupboards falling off hinges, dirty cutlery, bathrooms were dirty, toilet not working properly. Construction constant right outside our villa.

We enjoyed our stay here. The villas are a little tired. They need a deep clean and a little bit of work, maybe some new towels and a bit of work on the pools. Had a few tiles fall off the pool while we were there. The cabinets in the kitchen are broken, most of the doors are a bit stiff, etc. Cannot fault the staff. The staff were amazing from start to finish. Friendly, efficient and polite.

The photos must be very old because the villa didn't look anything like what I see on my booking. The ladies come to the villa to cook breakfast, how nice. They came in with 4 banana pancakes already made and offered them to us. We accepted two, we'd already ordered our breakfast upon check-in. She also offered another juice, to which we said yes to please top up the 3/4 full glass. She gave us a whole glass then charged us $AU25 for two pancakes and 1 glass of juice. I was horrified, wo.shw gracefully said ok only $20. WHAT???? Soooo sneaky. The minibar is an empty old fridge. Ceiling fan didn't work. Toilet barks like a seal every 2 minutes. Mozzies galore. Hard bed. Thought I was going to fall through the deck. I will NEVER stay here again. In fact, we left at 9am the next day and booked elsewhere. They refused to give me a refund also. I'd avoid this place if you want comfort and honesty. Picture shows the two ladies who charged me $20 for two pancakes and one juice

I think these villas would be very good if they had kept up with basic maintenance, I can see that they were once very nice but everything has been allowed to kind of decay and become shabby. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't slightly broken or dirty or badly maintained. I don't think it would take much effort to fix all these things once and then employ people to keep the standard up. Compared to other places we've stayed, these issues were a bit of a let down. The staff were wonderful and the location was on par with anywhere in Seminyak so no issues there. I just saw so many things that if they'd just been more proactively fixed they wouldn't have become bigger issues.

I absolutely loved it here. The staff were very friendly and always cleaned up the rooms. The breakfast was delicious and they always fleeted the rooms and outdoor areas to prevent mosquitoes.

We have stayed here 3 times and it is clear from our most recent visit that maintaining and keeping the property in good condition is not a priority. It's tired with many things not working and in need of update or repair. Location is great and its comfortable however it hasn't aged well. The staff in general are great but the state of the property lets it down.
