「Don’t judge a book by its cover. Meaning- the outside of the building and dark entry was off putting. We did have to check in a hotel nearby which was just fine. But be aware. The hallway with the room was spotless and the room nice and clean. Decor could be upgraded but the space was great. There was a closed restaurant below us - in the summer that might be a nuisance」

「Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...
