Parfait !

Hôtel que nous recommandons pour une parenthèse agréable, un moment détente, au cœur de l'Alsace. Personnel accueillant, décor charmant, calme. Piscine, spa et autres équipements au top. Nous avons dîné au winstub de l'hôtel et tout était excellent : repas et vin ! Petit-déjeuner complet avec beaucoup de "fait maison".

L'accueil a été des plus chaleureux, le confort et les services optimum Puis les deux repas (dîner et déjeuner) ont été au top. Les repas, un vrai délice à prix très corrects et une équipe encore plus au top, aux petits soins.

Je n y retournerai pas

L hotel est agreable. La chambre recemment renovée est de taille correcte et bien equipée. Il y a quelques marches à monter lorsque l on vient du parking. La piscine et l espace spa est tres sympa. Certainement en cours de renovation d ascenceur: aucune indication a l interieur. Déçu pour 2 raisons: à notre arrivée, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions diner: reponse: ca va être compliqué. Nous sommes partis diner dans un autre restaurant, tout compre fait peut etre meilleur. La 2eme : la clim de notre chambre en panne. J ai meme eu l impression que l on nous accusait. Nous n avons pas pu changer de chambre sous pretexte que l hotel etait plein ( ce dont je doute fortement). Nous avons du dormir la fenetre ouverte qui donnait sur la rue, merci le bruit et le reveil matinal.

Chambres rénovées, confortables et bien équipées. Spa agréable, moderne mais assez peu de chaises longues à la piscine car elle se trouve dans un lieu pas très grand. Restaurant excellent (qualité, service et accueil). Personnel attentif et prévenant. Petit-déjeuner de qualité, varié, bien approvisionné. Adresse à recommander!
