"The elevators were slow, the reception is on the top floor which was kind of annoying. But the rooms were great and the staff was great. Great central location. The public transport in this area is slow !"

"On our 2nd day, the sheets did not look change d, just straightened up and the carpet not vacuumed. We had to inform the front dest at night to make sure it does not happen again.Everything else was fine during oir stay. "

"Loved my stay at this hotel! There absolutely was a language barrier however, the team did everything they could to help and were amazing. So friendly, kind and attentive. Brilliant location, right next to the stadium and follows an easy route to the main Hiroshima Station which makes transport super easy to use. Hotel and room were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was great; the breakfast team were so lovely and went out of their way to get me a fork and make sure I was happy. I was a solo traveller and was so appreciative of the teams effort to make my stay comfortable. Great views of the shinkansen at the station too. Would absolutely recommend if you are journeying to Hiroshima. Great sized rooms for a solo traveller and great amenities."
