「The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet little village, which made the stay very relaxing. The reception is at the restaurant next to the hotel, but the sign indicating where to check in was quite small and I initially missed it. A larger or clearer sign would have made the check-in process easier.」

「Location just above the Christmas market. Nice view of the mountain and the market. However, a bit far from the main station ~15 min walk and was noisy due to the market. Room is spacious. Cooking utensils in good condition.」

「One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

「Alles war ausgezeichnet.」

「Alles super, kommen gerne wieder!」

「An amazing location. Key was located in the keybox, private parking. The appartement was absolutely perfect, full kitchen equipment. Very close to Germany as we ended up going there more than originally expected (Eibsee, Garmisch-P, Mittenwald, etc.)」
