"Rooms were nice and hotel was nice as well. The location is a bit away from city center, so you have to get a taxi to go to town and explore. Staff were nice and friendly. Coffee shop was excellent. We had a great time overall. "

"Our stay was very nice. The rooms were clean, the staff was great. The one thing we had issue with was the food. None of the food was hot from the buffets, except at breakfast when you could order omelets etc. They were constantly running out of bacon, there was never enough. The food at Agave and the Italian restaurants were phenomenal. I recommend the coconut shrimp at Agave! The last thing I will mention, is if you are trying to avoid the sun, they have no umbrellas around the pool, just these coverings over certain sections that still let the light in. There are not many palapas on the beach either, around 12-14? Do not put your towels on the beach or beach chairs early in the morning without leaving someone there, they will take them, along with your stuff and you will have to get it back from security. I get it, and that is fair. We always had someone with the chairs. Extremely hot there 32-33 every day and humid. But overall, we enjoyed the resort itself, they just need to up their buffet food game!"

"This was a nice relaxed place to stay We enjoyed the beach, the surrounding , and food It was clean and nice beds There are a lot of hills but they provide golf carts if you can not walk I would look into it more if you have mobility problems "
