The service orientation across the board from greeting staff, bell boys, reception, house keeping, room service, cafeterias, etc is unmatched. 「Room had bugs, I was tired so i went to sleep for barely 2 hours in 3 days but i was waking up itchy everyday, When I looked closely there was about 1000 bugs on the bed and behind. When I asked them about what tf this was? they responded “why are you 3 people in the room” I got super mad and showed them i booked for 3 why does it not have an extra bed? Then the lady looked and was like maybe you dropped something sweet. I don’t eat sugar. Neither was my cousin, as we were in the room to sleep...
