Great experience overall. I just wished that the thermal pool is included in the Expedia price, but it’s not. We had to pay extra to use the thermal pool. Other than that, everything in the hotel is perfect.

Rim Aquatique Hôtel & Nature
Excellent high end property with welcoming staff (Hagar at the reception and Said in food and beverage gave great service) spacious rooms and great location between Fes and Meknes an aqua park in the summer time. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. Appartement calme
The property was very nice but communication with the host was difficult because he only spoke French. Address was vague and had no specific number. It got us close to the apartment but we had to get actual decorations from the host and it was difficult.
