Watch for over charging.

We booked the room for one night for $138. We have now received our credit card statement and they are trying to charge us $218. We have filed a dispute with our credit card company.

Good location close to public transit and private parking. Loving area lacked enough furniture for six of us to be comfortable. TV Was difficult to use and we never got resolution from the management. Would’ve been nice to know prior to our arrival if early check in was possible as I contacted weeks ahead of time. Only ONE washcloth provided for 6 people

Lovely location within walking distance of downtown and a short drive to the University District. The home was immaculate and very cozy. We were disappointed that we didn't notice the additional mandatory fees for cleaning added by the property, but enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

The house is very nice, well appointed and decorated and the beds very comfortable. There is a Starbucks across the street just inside the hospital, which is very convenient. I had some trouble getting in because I couldn’t see the keypad in the dark - note that it’s next to the doorbell. The airplane noise was too much for me but otherwise I would recommend it.

Excellent lodging with superior value Next door to Swedish Cherry Hill Hospital and near downtown. Great support from rental manager. Had a couple of minor maintenance items.

Need a break from hotels?

This is such a welcome break from hotels and motels that unless you try it, you will not come to appreciate the freedom it provides. It's basically like having your own house while in Seattle. Parking in the back is also nice. The place is immaculate.

Great Location! Nice and Clean House!

Our Stay was amazing. The place was very clean and nicely designed. It was professionally managed which made us feel much better. The property manager was super friendly and helpful. She was easy to get in touch with and provided all of the information we needed. The highlight is its closeness to everything: downtown, Starbucks, the public transportation which makes it very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants a short walk away for anyone wanting to dine out but not head all the way to the downtown core. Also, dedicated parking space was super convenient. We will definitely look to stay here again next time!
