There was noice from other guests on the same floor until early in the morning. Staff not helpful at all, the lady said she was alone and I walked downstairs immediately and they were 2 at the front desk, they just didn’t want to be bothered.

Clean and fine, Close to airport, you can take the elevator to the light rail platform and walk to the terminal - 10-15 minutes.

Well appointed, clean room. Staff was excellent when we checked in, and the shuttle to the airport was close and convenient. Again, shuttle driver was very helpful.

The airport shuttle service was very convenient and this was a pet-friendly hotel which is why we chose it. The facility has a very odd layout and we were put in the farthest room from the entrance, but the room itself was very clean and the staff was nice.

The hotel is very close if you are walking from the airport or light rail station. It's a bit run down and outdated compared with more expensive hotels, but perfectly adequate if you just need a decent night's sleep.

The bathroom in our room was terribly stinky - to the point where a bag we left in there over night came home smelling like sewage! The carpet in the room also felt damp and dirty and there were clumps of hair in the counter when we checked in. Overall, it was cheap and close to transit but those were the only real positives unfortunately.

Clean and convenient place to stay overnight for an early morning flight. Would be nice to know before arrival if the pool is out of service. This property was selected, because we wanted to have pool use. For the duration of time that the pool is out of use, it would be nice if that was flagged and rate should reflect that it’s not an option.
