I have travelled around the world, staying in various places including top rated hotels and dormitories in the worst condition. Rodeway Inn is a cheap hotel so I accept some maintenance issues and dirtiness. But, it was clear that the room wasn't hoovered when I arrived. The towel had pubic hairs. The glass window had lots of smears of hand marks. The common area has the same level of dirtiness. When I checked in, I was asked to pay $100 for a deposit which will be refunded when I check out. They didn't. They explained to me it will take 7-10 business days to refund onto my credit card. I am worried that they don't refund to me at all. I saw some customers arguing about their refund issue. The customer service wasn't good either - unfriendly, they even didn't look at customers. Please help me if they don't refund the deposit to me. I cannot trust them!
