The lady with eyeglass is the so called on Duty Manager in front desk is very very poor attitude, it ruined our good image of our stay in this hotel, Hotel management should take it seriously, otherwise will destroy hotel images. Choeck out on 18th Nov morning.

The rooms are outdated and there are some areas of improvement with some cracking of paint in the bathroom. the staff was extremely kind even for filling the request for an extra blanket and the restaurant was delicious. The vending machines were filled and for being somewhere clean to sleep fulfilled my needs, there was no microwave but that wasn't a problem for my party. And it was a good price so if you're looking for the basics i would recommend

The front desk staff are absolutely rude and incompetent. There was no customer service provided at all. There is no refrigerator or microwave inside the rooms. THERE IS NO COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST as advertised

Well the room was dirty and had sh!t in the toilet. There were like 4 little white pills that were laying around on the ground, in random spots . Staff was unpleasant. I only booked it for parking and the free continental breakfast , I thought it had by what Expedia said. The pictures and room were not the same. I had to pay 80$ for parking and 50$ for breakfast. Should have just paid more for a better motel. Wouldn’t go back.

Hotel was OK. Staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Our truck was broken into while we did a park and fly. We were not even notified of damage to our vehicle while we were away. The shuttle drive was not friendly at all. Would not recommend staying here. Go somewhere else.

In the unlikely event I ever need to overnight in Seattle then I would rather stay in the airport for 12 hours than stay in this property again. Staff rude and unhelpful. Rooms actually not that bad but very much past their best. Facilities awful. Restaurant probably would have been okay but for the screaming children so didn’t bother eating there. Receptionists were more interested in their phones than their guests and were abrupt and rude. Transfer to the airport was absolutely the worst ever. Receptionist was utterly disinterested in ensuring that the four of us that had been waiting for the 12:30 transfer until 13:15 were kept appraised. Had to chase her twice to get her to pull her finger out and get the driver who turned up and acted like we’ve just evicted him from his house, was unhelpful and said not a single word. Bloody awful, stay away and don’t get fooled by the “Ramada” branding.

As soon as we opened the door, you can right away tell that it wasn't a non smoking room. Carpet is so dirty and bath tub wasn't properly cleaned. As we flipped the duvet, we saw some hair strands. We checked in late and we had a long day that I didn't bother to complain so we planned to just check out early. I think their parking lot is not safe. The car near where we parked got broken into. I felt so sorry for the car owner. Even my teenage son gave a rating of 2 star.

Do. Not. Stay. Here…. unless you are an adult looking for a good time. There were strange people partying in the hallway and doors wide open, strong weed smells, evidence of bed bugs on the mattress, and a strange vibe that it’s a front for some other types of organizations.

The desk clerks both time we have stayed have been rude. We stayed on the 3rd floor and just walking to our room could smell Marijuana so strong in the hallway. There is no way housekeeping could not smell it. No one did anything about it.

Very limited services at this hotel. They promote daily room cleaning and our room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we stayed there. I had to ask for clean towels. The front staff was not very friendly at all. Check in or check out staff. The area around the hotel is not the safest either. Loud neighbors two of the 3 nights we stayed. Definitely not worth the price. There are other options nearby that are cleaner and probably a little more safe.

There was a party thrown in the lobby until 12 in the morning. Kept both my children under 4 awake and myself. I called to ask what was going on and was told there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. Price of hotel was ok but for what we experienced I am not happy with the hotel and will probably not stay again or ask for a top floor. Room was dusty.

I would recommend they close this place and try over. First impression was that of employees that hate their existence. Next was the first room that still hade dirty sheets piled on the floor with trash from the previous renter. Next room had dirty makeup towels on the TV, dirty sheets, and trash on everything. Third room was fine except no remote for the tv, no alarm clock and smelled like cigarette smoke. Never again

I had called to make sure it would be okay to check in late due to life events. I was told it was fine if we checked in by 2am. Well, we got there in time and there was no parking. When checking in, I asked the front desk staff member about parking and she told me to park in the restaurant parking lot next door. Inconvenient, but fine. We get to our room and immediate disappointment. I reserved a deluxe king suite for me and my guy, I walked in to a basic double queen room, yet, I reserved the king suite. I went downstairs to ask the front desk about getting the wrong room and was told that she's only been there since 11pm and she's working with what she has. Once people start checking in at 2pm, it's first come first served. I told her that I didn't understand how the room that I reserved could be given away, especially knowing that I called to say we'd check in late. She gave me MAJOR attitude..."I don't understand what's so confusing. Do you want to cancel?" NO I wasn't going to cancel...we reserved the room for a reason. The amount of rudeness and attitude from that staff member had me shaking, I was so angry. We will NEVER go back.

I paid extra to have a room with a fridge and confirmed by phone there would be one. I had breastmilk I needed to store in the fridge. There was no fridge in the room, the front desk didn’t believe me then seemed surprised there was no fridge. They swore all the other rooms were booked despite openings online.

It was quick and easy to check in. The front desk is never friendy tho and 5 times in a row now we have asked for a wake up and 5 times we have not got it. What is wrong with the front desk that they cant get it straight. Dosnt the front office care about this, i have complained 5 times now and nothing has changed.
