The location is amazing, many restaurants and cafes and shops that you can go to. The resident lounge, roof top and gym are fabulous. The apartment itself is a cool place, it’s clean and neat and has everything you need. The only downside to it was the ventilation and the fact that the bedroom has no windows and the apartment has no air condition.

Great Apartment
Apartment was great. Check in was a little weird as I received info about initial apartment number but was switched a week before arrival. Then upon arrive the room was locked so had to get switched to a new room. All in all they were very responsive on getting the room figured out, just a little hectic.

Don’t rent this apartment. It was not clean, not well equipped, the communication was difficult and they stole our food from the fridge! The last time I had an experience this bad was a motel 6 years ago. Awful!

We allowed this guest to drop their bags before our cleaners arrived and they put leftovers in the fridge which our cleaner thought was from the previous guest and threw away. We delivered $25 worth of groceries to the guest to make up for it. The apartment was spotless and we were in constant communication with this guest.

One bedroom apartment at 1414 10th Ave. for three nights. The furnishings were cheap. The queen bed was lumpy, springy, unsupportive, and uncomfortable. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable, The linens were okay, but certainly not high quality. No extra pillows or blankets. The bathroom was not sufficiently stocked with toilet paper, and three out of four dim vanity lights did not work, making the bathroom quite dark. The provided toiletries were very basic. I think Softsoap handsoap was provided on the bathroom sink, similar quality shampoo and conditioner in the shower. No body soap provided. There was one TV in the unit, in the living room, and it was surprisingly small, and a broken TV in a closet. Bedroom shades were unable to block light from a street lamp directly outside the bedroom window. "Blackout" shading or curtains are needed. Bedroom was not soundproofed, and on Friday night there was a street drummer who played until 2 a.m., as well as typical street sounds on a street with busy nightlife. The host (a business) has no direct on-site support and was either not responsive or when finally responsive, engaged me in a series of rambling, nonsensical text exchanges regarding stowing my luggage on checkout, which was unnecessarily complicated and a pain. I could not get anyone to actually speak with me on the phone despite multiple requests. This rental seems like a good deal, until you experience it. It's worth paying a little more elsewhere.

The location is great if you want to go bar hopping. It’s also easy to find. The loft room is really cool looking, something a little different. Luxe Hub sent me a detailed pdf on how to enter into the property. Unfortunately those instructions sent me to a locked room. The instructions said the door would be unlocked and keys would be inside. I tried calling all 3 points of contact. No pick up. They only texted me. It took me almost 30 mins to “self check in.” One of them finally got back to me to tell me that I was at the wrong room. A room number that did not match the instructions that was given to me. I just feel ridiculous being lead to someone else’s room. How awkward it would have been if it was unlocked or that tenant would accuse me of breaking in? I won’t be staying here again, I will stick to normal hotels. It’s a shame since it’s in such a great location.

Thank you Sara! You booked last minute for 1 night for $110 total in downtown Seattle. Expedia messed up our prices but we graciously still agreed to host you. You checked in later than you said and were rude and unpleasant to deal with. Feel free to stick with hotels and pay 4x the price.

Convenient location
Great alternative to a hotel. This is a very small apartment, but a better option than a nice hotel room, with full kitchen, separate bedroom, and cozy living room. There is no outdoor space (balcony etc), but the rooftop patio is nice (not super convenient, it's on top of the adjacent tower). The bedroom has no windows, sort of odd. Great location -- walk to wonderful restaurants.

New apartment. Nice bed and shower. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Within walking distance to Starbucks, ihop, and grocery store. Walking distance to seattle u and hospitals. Gym. Outdoor bbq. No a/c. Lots of street noise at night, but tolerable. I will definitely here again.

Ideal stay around Capitol Hill, close to all amenities of the area and an ideal base for a longer week in the Seattle area. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were also very helpful and tried to help as much as they could such as allowing me to check out later and flexible about leaving luggage until I had to leave the city.
