Great location and lots of walk ability. Not sure how long they place has been used as a rental, but those that may be hesitant due to the ‘pet friendly’ environment, so it fear as there was zero evidence of any prior pets.

A perch to enjoy Green Lake

Switched from hotel to bnb due to parking costs. Always loved GreenLake, so looked near there. This was a good location, the right size for a couple, and the full kitchen was a great plus.
Main room, and kitchen
View out the main room
Great patio, comfy chairs
The confusing intersection of ALL the Green Lake Drives.

We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days.

Highly recommend the host was accommodating with a last-minute reservation. Great instructions, easy to access, clean, cool aesthetic, perfect for a quick or long-term stay. Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. Would return and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great stay, clean and well maintained, close to UW

Great stay! Beautiful place, clean and well maintained. 2 adults and 2 adult children, was tight but worked out well. Loved our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat! Was a quick drive to UW campus and loved the restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Beautiful neighborhood and felt safe!

Vince was such a fantastic host - even after I goofed up the check out date. Could not recommend him and the Birdhouse more. The place was beautiful, clean, and in an amazing location! The perfect place to stay for me and my family! Will absolutely book again.

Great location, close to the lake, surroundings were beautiful. Inside the house very good, I like the order and cleanliness. I just was a little worry of what exactly the noise restrictions levels were.

Good location. My wife and I are old. Lots of stairs and bathroom on 2nd floor make it difficult for us. Air conditioner was loud - hence earplugs in the bathroom?😉. Owner was nice and Mighty O’s doughnuts are great. We played a round of Pitch and Putt which was fun.

The only think we didn't like was the parking, so we would suggest the owner of the property make the parking space in front of the garage door available to guests. Thanks!

Great location, cute spot. Very small sitting area/living room. Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all heating off. My advice would be to leave all thermostats set as low as possible at night.
