Great location , very close by to all the popular spots. The property was clean and just as described. It had all the amenities needed for a family. The property was pet friendly and had a small fenced backyard for our pets to hang out.

Jefferson Park property

The property is clean, bedding is comfortable, and conveniently located close to downtown. Unfortunately the 2nd and 3rd rooms do not have air conditioning, only the living room and 1st bedroom have air conditioning. When we open the window, there's a lot of noise because of the close by beacon hill station and main street.

If you have any respect for your personal health, sensitivity to mold or allergies, I would not recommend staying here. We discovered water damage / mold in the ceiling. Despite phone calls, texts, emails and calls from Expedia, it took multiple follow-ups on my part to get a response from the property manager who ultimately denied mold or water damage exists. This despite having multiple photographs illustrating otherwise. I would not expect proper remediation to happen given the managers outright denial the problem. There was a partial repair in progress, so they'll likely just cover it up. Water damaged drywall does not simply dry up and fix itself. Mold may die but the toxins it produces remain. Aside from that, the property was clean, the bed comfortable and great proximity to many amenities.
