「The hairdryer did not work
Some sockets were not ‘live’
There were at least two, unsafe, gang-extensions
The hot water took over five minutes to reach the tap or shower
There were no shelves in the bathroom
There was one small towel rail
The iron is impossibly complicated to use
Someone unlocked our room door and began to enter on our third morning, before 8 am
There was no hook on the back of the bathroom door
We were provided with only one small bottle of shower gel over three...
「Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Property is in need of some TLC, and could be an excellent venue. Gardens in need of de-weeding and some cutting back on trees, brambles etc.」
「The beach view was amazing to wake up to. Wish the beds were bigger. For the size of the room I could understand why a full was used. Bathroom was really nice and was just remodeled.」
「The room was clean but very basic and only just adequate. The breakfast itself was convenient, but the breakfast dishes and food were left out all afternoon and evening, which didn't give the impression of good cleanliness or food hygiene. Overall, the hotel was clean enough, but I expected better attention to the breakfast area.」
「This is an old interesting building so you have to take that into consideration, Room was clean, staff very helpful, food very good . Parking is not a problem but be careful of the access. All in all an enjoyable stay, recommended.」
