"Much more affordable than being right in Destin. You do need a vehicle to get around as there's not much near this location. Our king suite was just like a mini condo with fantastic Gulf front views and steps away from the beach. The elevators are very slow and laundry room was out of order in our building. We went to another building and out of order there as well. They definitely need to put in decent laundry facilities and put a stackable washer/dryer in the suites. Overall, satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again."

"Our condo was very nice for one or two couples. The ocean view was fantastic and we could not see any neighbors. The condo was clean and inviting. We didn't love all of the 'codes' to get in gates, doors, pool, etc. A lot to remember! And we didn't like that beach chairs and/or towels were not included for guests. Lastly, having four or five rows of chairs/umbrellas set up was overwhelming and hard to navigate. We don't love the 'private beach' access that the community has seemingly adopted. Very little opportunity to take a beach walk which is my favorite thing to do. Especially since the Sandestin ocean area was very crowded- we never even got in!"
