Although we wish the hotel would have had a shuttle to the FAMOUS 4TH OF JULY FOLSOM RODEO-- especially for Our 250th celebration. We ended up walking, luckily it was a nice evening. We would stay again,just have to plan ahead for transport to and from activities. Thank you!」

「This property is old & outdated. My door knob was wobbly & stuck every time I tried to open the room door. The room was dark & depressing. Bed was uncomfortable. I paid two nights & just stayed one night to return to the comfort of my bed.」

「Quiet and near outlet」

「We chose Quality Inn & Suites specifically because they advertised they had a hot tub and swimming pool, but when we arrived, they said that both were broken. In the morning there was no hot water for showers. 」

「The room was not clean very well , i only stayed in it for 6 hours and killed 4 baby roaches. The back of the toilet had balls of hair where they didn’t clean it for a few days.」

「Please see my other review for the “second booking” for my major complaint about being effectively fined $20 for using a 3rd party booking site to extend a night (or else being forced to either cancel Expedia booking and rebook extension directly with them OR check out and check back into same type room after 3pm). 「Stayed for one night on 7/3. Got room #205 facing the street, which was very noisy, and the walls were not well insulated. Next door #204 was very noisy, and there were activities and music all night. I took sleeping pills to fall asleep. The facilities were old and too old. There was a smell in the room, maybe from the old carpet. The pillows were too high for me!」

「Our room was a 2 queen bed on the first floor. Very spacious. The bathroom had a handicapped shower which was large and had everything you needed. The shower curtain was not floor length, consequently water splattered everywhere which was a real risk of fall. Beds were really comfortable. Black out curtain had small holes and did not roll up. Needs replaced. Staff were excellent! Cannot say enough great things about them. Go Cynthia!-」
