"I am not one to leave poor reviews, but for the sake of anyone looking to book with this property. I HIGHLY advise not too. I was given no check in information, after repeatedly calling I was told they had no way to check my reservation. Expedias customer support was not even able to get in contact with them. I’m unsure if this is a scam or just an extremely disorganized company. Either way, I do not recommend."

"Very spacious apartment, clean room, and staff that helped us check in was really great! Communication with him was so easy over the phone, we got early check in, and he had a map laid out for us that he circled with the best spots and attractions in porto - we ended up planning around these recommendations! All his recommendations were amazing! Location was perfect, everything was walkable, especially the main attractions. The only things were that the shower door didn’t close fully, and water...
