「Terrible trouble gaining access as no form was sent for us to complete until we got Hotels.com involved. On the night at near on 10:00 pm accommodation contacts, no answers to phone. Wouldn’t recommend accommodation unless nothing else. Only good thing was it was in a good location and bed was comfy. 3 night stay. 」

「Guest ready was indeed not ready for guests. Check in was absolutely horrible. Our key did not work in the door at all and got stuck and after 15 minutes of trying we called and were met with extreme rudeness. She told me I had to email in videos and wait for another team to get back to me through email. No lobby so we had to sit on the steps. Her attitude was horrible and she was very dismissive of us. We never even got an email back. After 2 hours of arguing with her and expedia to try to get...

「I am not one to leave poor reviews, but for the sake of anyone looking to book with this property. I HIGHLY advise not too. I was given no check in information, after repeatedly calling I was told they had no way to check my reservation. Expedias customer support was not even able to get in contact with them. I’m unsure if this is a scam or just an extremely disorganized company. Either way, I do not recommend.」

「Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. You have to ask for a hair drier at the reception and they ask you to return it right after you use it. Someone knocked few times on...

「Lovely place, very clean, just beside a metro stop, nice terrace to sit outside in. Nice kitchen bit and bathroom. Lovely touch of a bottle of wine and biscuits. I was a bit confused about checking in - once in the building I wasn’t sure which flat was mine but there was a lovely woman cleaning the room that helped me. Would def stay there again!」

「Very comfortable! Located inside of a cafe, each floor is one unit, n the elevator brings u to ur own unit. Really cool. Breakfast is decent, cos we arrived on Christmas Eve n no one works on the next morning,so they prepared our breakfast in the fridge for us. Only con is bathroom design is weird, u can't possibly keep the toilet area dry after showering. Overall, super recommended! 」
